Computervision
was acquired by Prime Computer to merge their
CAD/CAM technologies. John Soper was
asked to assist with this merger and drive
the resulting product line into public sector
space. It was one of the first
challenges we faced in market development for
merged enterprises and technologies. He
established programs to leverage the customer
base for each company, while repositioning
their products to maximize their effective
penetration.
