Mirage asked us to review the structure and processes in place with one of they key strategic alliance partners, with a goal of implementing modifications, or recommending alternative IP monitization models. We recommended an IP license model which we felt would be more profitable and less of an opportunity cost to their current resources. They agreed and we joined in every step of the complex, and ultimately very successful, negotiations.
