How We Helped:

Sequent, subsequently acquired by IBM, was a pioneer in new SMP Unix based technology in the early 90s. They needed help entering the public sector market space. 

John Soper on New Paradigms Marketing put together a strategy that focused on leverage that could be acquired from solution software providers in that market. We put together a surprising program which called for acquiring new alliance partners to fill out the product offering and develop creative tension among competitor which redounded to Sequent's benefit. 

The strategy along with a tenacious implementation resulted in a program that brought this young company new found success.
